The role of Jondishapour as an EPC company is summerized in two parts:
HDPE
The pilot plant produces several grades of high density polyethylene (HDPE) with different molecular weights, molecular weight distributions and densities.
The output productions are materials that include ethylene, co-monomer (butene, propylene), hydrogen, polymer stabilizer and catalyst. The catalyst that is produced in a batch reactor is powdered and fed into the reactor system as hexanic slurry.
The  main  pilot  plant sections are: catalyst  preparation, polymerization, hexane separation, powder drying, hexane recovery and storage, extrusion, powder transportation and storage, blow down system and services.
This Project is located in Arak, a city near Tehran.
PPPE
The Spheripol & Spherilene pilot plant produces experimental polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) resins (as pure homo-polymer or modified with different co-monomers) on small scale.
Propylene, ethylene, hydrogen, butene, hexane, solid catalysts, liquid co-catalysts, liquid donors and process stabilizer are used as raw materials.
The main pilot plant sections are: catalyst and monomers feeding, prepolymerization and bulk polymerization, degassing and monomer recovery and storage, gas phase polymerization, steaming and drying, powder transportation and storage, blow down system and services.
